Finding Conference Proceedings
The library has many printed Conference Proceedings available in its collections. These can be searched for using the SOLO catalogue. A number of on-line databases also allow you to search for conference papers and posters.
One of Oxford's subscription bibliographic databases. Coverage of journals across the physical, life and medical sciences. Incorporates journal articles, conference proceedings and patent records. Provides search alerting facility.
ACM Conference Proceedings
Association for Computing Machinery Conference Proceedings. Search the ACM digital library for conference reports and papers on computing and related subjects.
ORA (Oxford Research Archive)
ORA is Oxford University's digital repository. In it you will find a growing number of DPhil theses along with articles, conference papers, research posters and book chapters produced by Oxford academics and researchers.
If you are a full current member of the University of Oxford, you can access most library electronic resources off-campus.
Use your Single Sign On (SSO)
Go to SOLO and click on Oxford Single Sign On (top right). For most of our e-books and e-journals this is all you need.
If you do not know your SSO details please visit the SSO section of the IT Services website .
VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Only necessary for a few library resources. With VPN you can access the University network as if you were on campus. Register with IT Services.
Our Inter-Library Loans service can attempt to obtain both loans of items and photocopies from other libraries in the UK and worldwide, when the material required is not held in an Oxford library.
