The official websites of courts are the first place to look for at least key judgments. Many countries have "citizens'" portals or websites too. A reading knowledge French would be useful in a number of cases.
There are some multi-jurisdictional collections on the free web which may help - but note that they may not have the most recent or current form of legislation, and any translations into English should be considered as unofficial.
