PCAS - Print, Copy and Scan

PCAS is the system for printing, photocopying, and scanning in the Bodleian Libraries. The Radcliffe Science Library has 5 self-service copiers where you can photocopy, scan, and collect print jobs you've sent from a computer. Services include:

How do I pay?

  • You need a PCAS account to do any printing, photocopying or scanning
  • Top up your account from any PC, using a credit/debit card
  • Credit is held in a secure online system
  • You can view your account balance and past activity.
  • There are no coin- or card-operated copiers in the Bodleian Libraries.
  • Your College or Department will have a different system.

Setting up and using a PCAS account

First set up your PCAS account and add some credit using your credit/debit card.

Then log on to a copier/printer with your PCAS username & password.

Do your photocopying/scanning, or view and print the jobs you've sent. Payment is deducted from your account with each transaction.

You can link your account to your University card by simply swiping your card at the PCAS copier/printer once you've logged in, to save having to type in your username and password every time.

Further information is available on the Bodleian PCAS page.
