Spanish law: quick start
This guide -- and the Law Library's resources -- focus on the Spanish legal system and laws at the state level, rather than on the laws of the Comunidades autónomas.
The Bodleian Law Library's current collection of printed materials on Spanish law includes legislation, cases, journals and texts. It is shelved on the upper Gallery Floor in the Law Library. Shelfmarks start Spain.
The Library's General and Comparative section also contains works which compare aspects of law between two or more countries, and many of these discuss Spanish law.
You can search the library's catalogue via SOLO : if doing a subject search remember to put Spain at the end of your search terms eg Contracts Spain.
