The Oxford University Research Archive contains papers and theses produced by members of the University.
Looking for an electronic title? Check our OU e-Journals collection. We subscribe to thousands of journals from major psychological publishers (APA, Sage, BPS, EbscoHost).
Is your title one word (e.g. "Brain", "Nature", "Science")? Change the default from Contains to Starts with or Exact. This will reduce the number of results.
Not found an electronic version? Check SOLO for the printed copy. Printed journals in the Radcliffe Science Libraries are shelved on levels 8 to 6 and 2 in alphabetical order of title. Journal volumes held in the closed stack can be requested using the "Hold" function in SOLO. They are despatched within 24 hours. The requester can select the pick-up location from up to 19 Bodleian Libraries.
If the journal is not available in either print or electronic format in SOLO, contact your Subject Librarian.
If you are looking for an article from a journal Oxford doesn't hold, you can order a copy through our Inter-Library Loans and Document Supply service.
Accessing Oxford's subscription resources off campus:
Use your Single Sign-On. Go to SOLO and click on Sign In (top right). For most of our e-books and e-journals this is all you need.
What about a VPN (Virtual Private Network)? This is only necessary for a few library resources. With a VPN you can access the University network as if you were on campus. Register with IT Services.
For further information, see the Bodleian Libraries remote access guide.
If Oxford doesn't have an article or book you are looking for, order it using our
