Older treatises

The Library's secondary collection also holds a number of older treatises, some of which were key works in their day.  Members of the University with single sign-on may find it more convenient to access older material electronically, for example through the Making of the Modern World database.

You can use the subject search option in SOLO to get you started - remember to add United States at the end. For example to find works on US contract law use Contracts United States

 

Some leading subject authorities

Many of these are large multivolume works, updated with pocket parts or new loose-leaf pages.  In some cases, the work has been continued in later editions by other authors.
